1st prize Highlife Cup 2002
2th prize HTCC 2000
Euforia is a special strain that came from our skunk breeding program in 1996, That program gave us a rich Skunk family including the original Skunk #1, Skunk#11, Skunk Passion, Orange Bud, and Euforia. Euforia was initially noticed for the high yields of 400-600g/m² and being part of the stable Skunk line Euforia proved to be reliably strong and stable with all the plants looking exceptionally good, one for bumper harvests. Outdoor growers in Holland reported that Euforia gave excellent quality stash in generous quantities in good summers. Greenhouses really make a great home for Euforia and she is harvested around the end of October or beginning of November. She is very easy to clone and makes a perfect mother plant to take cuttings from, with the cuttings all developing into healthy uniform plants. Euforia has been used by many seed breeders due to the stable genetics and easy cloning.
Users immediately noted the special euphoric high that was associated with the strain. Medical growers from the 1990’s to the current day have told us how good this is for pain relief and particularly for stress relief. A couple of the Dutch Passion staff rate this as their personal favourite and it is one that should be tried by all growers.
The plants are 1 -1.5m tall, with a fresh smell and a rich skunky taste, though not too sweet. The calyx to leaf ratio seems roughly 50/50. THC levels have been seen around 18% which makes this potent in the extreme. Indoors the plants are recommended for harvest at 7 weeks, with 8 being a maximum in order to get the best high. Euforia comes highly recommended by our team. Stable, great yields and a stress relieving Euforia high leaving you relaxed, untroubled and happy. A good remedy for relieving the stress of modern society. This is a special Skunk beauty from the 1990’s that you will love.
Reviews
Eddy - Dutch Passion (dutch-passion.nl):
normally people use 4-5 weeks of veg growth and then 12/12 flowering for about 8 weeks (about 8 weeks). Good luck
Euforia can be grown outdoors in warm mediterranean type conditions
7 week is probably the earliest you can take her. Much depends on your personal preference, some prefer a slightly heavier stone (and heavier harvest) if they wait a few extra weeks.
Larry (dutch-passion.nl):
Euforia is a very easy strain to grow. I had 5 plants in 6in. pots under a Hydrogrow Sol 6 Led light.(300 watt) I harvested just over 5.5 ounces of dry bud. The buds are very dense and covered in white crystals. Flowering took a total of 10 weeks to get the most yield. This weed has a really strong odor starting around the 7th week of flowering. This is potent weed with a very nice buzz! You'll love it!
Superstink1 (dutch-passion.nl):
How long do you guys flower for? Iv read a 12 week flower however on dutch passion it says 7 week or 8 at maxim? Im very confused
Merlin (dutch-passion.nl):
Incredible easy to grow. No fuss at all. Not very dense buds. And not very smelly. (CFL-setup. Not optimal coditions. I know) But very very discrete smell. Very nice aroma. Pine-ish aroma. Not very strong. Could smoke a joint and people thought it was an ordinary cigarette. Calming high. VERY smooth. Stealthiest weed ever. An absolute favourite. SO easygoing. Like an new old best friend. Probably something you never will find at your coffe-shop. But as a growing compaignion. Thumbs up. Will grow it again. It is SO nice!
WJH (dutch-passion.nl):
just had my 1st crop of euforia wow half a joint and i was ready for a sleep smells so so nice, had nothing but good feedback :)
Ultra Bud (dutch-passion.nl):
Dutch Passion Euforia, I have grown it for many years already. This is best smoke for me, special kind of happy high, just perfect. Plant is easy to grow, it grows with no care required, just feed - is enough. Simplicity. Yield is more than enough, trust me, she is big. Quality dutch skunk each time, no other strain is necessary. Euforia, top top.
Studio 7 (dutch-passion.nl):
Other people say that Ultra Skunk is a bit stronger than Euforia but I am not so sure. I have grown this a few times and it is a solid variety with good yields. And it is half the price of some of the other seeds they sell, I am surprised it is really good and NONE of my mates have ever complained after a joint of this. It is nice strong ganja like you remember from the good old days and the plants are really strong too I grew them in coco and soil but the ones in coco were a bit fatter I reckon but not by much. Think of it as a really good quality ganja with a good yield as well. Can't go wrong with this one
Jan Erik, Oslo (dutch-passion.nl):
Euforia is DP's best skunk. I have grown a few and this is the one for me! I am liking the yield a LOT and the smoke is real BLISS. She is easy to grow, will take mistakes from the beginner and still keeps going strong. I recommend this!
Longtime Grower since 1992 fom Germany (dutch-passion.nl):
Hello Dutch Passion, i have had grow 8 own cuttings from your Euforia regulare, a few time ago, in two Aquafarms with Hesi Hydro+PK 13/14 under 400hps, EC max. 1.6, ph 5.5-6.2. Dry Yield was 880 gramms, without the lower buds. High was very good and strong. DUTCHPASSION AT THE BEST!!
Sadawood (dutch-passion.nl):
I hawe grown Euforia 4 times(now it is in my growbox too) one of the best ganja, i ever saw, tasty incredible scent, like perfume, and awesome strength. Must grow, vust smoke!
Donation (dutch-passion.nl):
I grew initially but now I did not think it would be so easy! I can only recommend!
StevenSeagul (seedfinder.eu):
Out of 5 seedling only 2 survived the slugs.
One grew like a monster, broke several times by rain+wind but always managed to survived (little dutch tape helped).
Mold resistant but in my climate they get mold anyway if you harvest late october.
dope4maniac (seedfinder.eu):
can only recommend it!
awesome fruity like smell, high yield, lots of big side branches and a smoke experience that varies from high to stoned.
Grow Report
The Euforia plants shown in this weeks blog were grown under 1700w of LED (from Quantum LED) in soil using airpots with genesis nutrients. The seeds were soaked in RO (reverse osmosis) water for 15-20 hours before being transferred to plant pots and covered with kitchen film to retain soil moisture. 9 out of 10 seeds germinated.
The seedlings were grown in ‘John Innes No2’ soil, to which Automaster added 10-15% of sand/perlite. After 35 days the plants were switched into flower by reducing daily light from 18 hours to 12 hours. At this point 3xPhoton 189 LED lights provided around 1700W of LED power. Several of the Euforia plants were topped - the growing tip was removed to produce bushier plants with more side blooms.
The Euforia plants spent 70 days in flower before harvest. Microscopic examination of the resin trichomes showed that they were 90% cloudy at harvest point. Many home growers have their own preferred harvest point based on the trichome (resin gland) appearance. One of the great advantages of home grown cannabis is the ability to grow top quality organic pot, from your preferred genetics, harvested at the right time for you, free from any pesticides and harmful chemicals.
Above, good yields of hard buds, but most Euforia growers cultivate this variety for the special uplifting qualities and the great anti-anxiety high
The following comments are from Automaster.
“The smoke test was like a 90% sativa should be; a full medicinal belt ! Not a sledge hammer, more like a warm anaesthetic blanket calming every nerve in the body, a pleasant cool, euphoric, clear high you can work with. The sativa bouquet can only be described as full-fruit, refresher chews mixed with pear drop acetone, with a caramel sweet edge on the tongue taste...hints of cinnamon......... delightful. So smooth on throat, the fruit and caramel wash over like a warm apple pie with cinnamon under-tone. The high works it's way up to the interpretive centre like a warm bath............very relaxing and contemplative, eutopic, with mild but confident euphoria.”
“For new growers, just take it easy with the nutrients until you get to know the limits with sativas. Experienced growers should start the nutrient concentrations low and increase slow and soft“
“The flowers are like big chunks of rounded fruitiness......dense and heavy, and very sticky to touch”
“Organic grow mediums are recommended for full flavor and post cure bouquet. Some phenos hit 1.6m tall from soil. The smallest indica-pheno was 90cm.........but was heavy with buds. All other phenos were supported by 1.2m canes and tied back. Due to end game bud weights it’s highly recommended to support branches if topping...........this did improve yield also. I found it a great smooth smoke. A highly medicinal, cool-hand-luke head. A superb summer chill and hard day evening relaxation smoke......... for sativa lovers a must. A superb strain, 9.75 out of 10. Very enjoyable.”
